I’m Jenna.

I started The Girlboss Burnbook with one simple mission statement. I wanted to help support women who felt isolated in their leadership roles. 

When I left my corporate C-Suite job, I found myself chatting with my network of friends and colleagues. It became clear that many of these women felt isolation in their leadership roles, especially those who worked in male-dominated industries. 

A friend of mine remarked, “I can’t believe no one is talking about this,” and her words struck a chord with me. I knew I wanted to be the person who was talking about it. And not just me, but I wanted to include a network of different women facing boardroom battles.
